Rental Qualifications:
Landlord Reference: We require a landlord reference and an applicant cannot be in a present eviction and the applicant should not have had any evictions for the past 3 years+
Employment Verification: We require an employment verification from all applicants. We require a copy of last month check stubs. The applicant should be able to show proof of net income of 3 times the rent. The applicant must show they are not hired as temporary, and that they have a secure position of employment.
Background Check: The applicant is asked that we are allowed to request a criminal background check. Also, with many of our properties, we request a credit background check.
All applicants are required to provide copy of current driver’s license and social security card.
Rental application fee: $50 per person, 18 years of older regardless if they will be going on the lease or not.
